Even though its been five years since my friend and former neighbor passed, I will always remember him as a very remarkable man, husband, father, grandfather and friend to anyone who was lucky enough to meet him and than lucky enough to call him "friend and neighbor". Even though I moved from the Oakmont neighborhood October 2017, having sold my house to downsize to an apartment for less challenging responsibilities, he is always with me in spirit and memory flashes of his great smile and magical appearances out of "no-where" when I needed help. No matter where I am, I will always remember my friend "Charlie Webber". See you Charlie when it's my time, so keep the path free of snow and leaves and the "Pearlie" gates in good working order. You never know when I'll appear from out of "no-where". :)

I just want to say I know he will be greatly missed by a lot of people both family and friends, and even just acquaintances!!! He always treated my daughter as though she were a Webber whenever he saw her with Scot and Marsha.

I always smile when I think of Mr. Webber. He had a larger than life presence and made me feel he was truly happy to see me whenever we connected. In addition, I sincerely enjoyed growing up with his "middle of the pack" children!

Kurt, Lisa and Webber Family
What great memories you all must have of your dad, what a full life he lived, contributing so much to his Family, church and ND. He even found time to teach a young coach a little about court decorum, which I learned to respect. My thoughts are with you.

May this sorrowful time allow you to reflect upon all the joy that you once shared with a remarkable man! I know his family will miss him dearly. I will miss my neighbor and friend very much. His smile, his kind deeds when I first moved into the house across the street from him and Joanne. He was always helpful with so many projects. He blew snow from my driveway every heavy snow fall and helped with leaves in my yard. God bless you my friend, you will always be in my heart.
