To the Williams Family & The entire community;
The legacy of Charles Williams will live on in the lives of hundreds of people he touched during his tenure as a Guidance Counselor at King & Queen CHS. I shall never forget that Mr. Williams saw potential in me and encouraged me when I didn't see my own potential...that's what Great Guidance Counselors do- My heart is with the family, church family and community during this time of loss!! God Bless you all~ Class of '71
