Mr. Charles Phillip Williamson, age 86 of Albertville, Alabama, died on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at his residence.
A funeral service will be held at two o’clock pm, Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Paul Trussel, Bro. David Martin, and Bro. Jeremy Burns officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. A visitation will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from noon until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Williamson was born in Alabama on February 18, 1937, to Phillip & Thelma Duvall Williamson. He was a retired carpenter.
Mr. Williamson is survived by his wife of 67 years: Rollande Williamson of Albertville, Sons: Gary & Cindy Williamson, Brian & Jennifer Williamson and Josh & Rachel Miller all of Boaz, Daughter: Johnna & Donald Perkins of Albertville, Grandchildren: Jessica & Jonathan Davis, Brock & Lauren Cash, Matt & Sarah Perkins, Summer McKinney, Christina & Wesley Parris, Ryan & Haley Williamson, Tyler & Maegan King, Ryan & Catherine King and Meagan Poore, Great Grandchildren: Sam Parris, Charleigh Davis, Brody Davis, Hudson McKinney, Tanner King, Maddie King, and Carson King. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Phillip & Thelma Williamson, Daughter: Gail Williamson and Sister: Jean Dawkins.
Pallbearers will be Brock Cash, Matt Perkins, Ryan Williamson, Tyler King, Ryan King, and Jonathan Davis.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, 408 Martling Road, Albertville, AL 35951 or the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund, 5850 Sardis Road, Boaz, AL 35956.
