I was talking to my grandmother Annie and a good friend Robyn today and found out that my Great Uncle Willy was of the Devil's Brigade in World War 2. I had never heard of them before and was really amazed at what they did. My Great Uncle was such a modest, shy man(to my knowledge) and never spoke about his time in the war. I really wish he was here to speak to.
