Charles “Charlie” Hill was born on July 21, 1952, in Fremont, NE to Lou Ann (Bucholtz) and Steaphen Hill. Charlie passed on October 22, 2025, at his home in Arnold.

Charlie enjoyed his horse, cowboying, rodeos, fishing, and his family especially his grandchildren. Charlie worked at various ranches and feedyards.

Charlie married Marlene Roumph November 1970, and to this union three children were born JaCindra, Jarrod, and Dusty.

Marlene passed in September 2007. Charlie married Diane Gatzemeyer on October 9, 2010, Charlie gained two bonus children son Joshua and daughter Brittney.

Charlie is survived by his wife Diane, children JaCindra, Jarrod, Dusty (Pat), Josh (Emma) and Brittney, son-in-law David Taylor, Jr and special care giver Linda, grandchildren Brianna, David III (Britni), Cheyenne (Daniel), Toad (Dakota) Chance, Rileigh (Bradley) Chase (Lauren) Hagen, Olivia, Aspen, James, and Jacob, great grandchildren Kaylen, Brendyn, Blakely, D4, Katie Jo, Ella, Roper, Kashlynn, Nero, and Sloane, sisters Jackie (Ronnie) Gail, and Terri Jo, brothers Tom (Phyllis), Todd (Laurie), and Tracy.

Charlie was preceded in death by his first wife Marlene, parents, grandparents, brother Steve, and sister Peggy.

Cowboy Church service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Community Center in Arnold, NE. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Family. The family request casual attire.
