Charlotte Sue Ebarb, age 75, passed away suddenly on July 27, 2025. Charlotte was known for her kind heart, strong work ethic, and her deep love for her family and pets. She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures like shopping, taking family vacations, and spending time with her beloved dogs. Charlotte was a dedicated worker who never hesitated to go the extra mile for those around her. Whether it was for her family, friends, or coworkers, she always showed up with loyalty, strength, and a giving spirit. Her presence brought comfort, and her unwavering support was a gift to everyone who knew her. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary Ebarb, her mother, JoAnn Callicoatte, her father, Frank Humphry, her brother, Doug Coutee. She is survived by her loving daughter, Denise Watson; brother Paul Coutee and wife Elizabeth Coutee, sister, Linda Burnett; grandchildren, Shanna Miller and husband Jon-Mikl Miller, Shane Powell and wife Sage Powell, Kayleigh Watson; along with great-grandchildren Justin Koch, John Miller, Jayden Miller, Kamden Miller, Aubree Powell, Tanner Powell, Sophia Patlan, and a large extended family who will continue to cherish her memory. A private memorial will be held to scatter her ashes.
