A life well lived is one that is followed with such a LEGACY as Charlotte's. A distant hero to me, I know her legacy will live on for sometime and continue to inspire as many as she did while gracing the physical world's presence--our here and now. Adventure on, Charlotte! Thanks for the inspiration. Sending God's peace to the family.

Charlotte's husband, Reese Martin was a friend and colleague of my partner, Bill Mount in Ventura CA. Both deeply committed to environmental issues - both gone too soon. My sincere condolences to Charlotte's family and friends. I am certain Charlotte's view from Heaven surpasses all others.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Fox. My family and I recently watch the movie that depicted the 1996 Mt. Everest tragedy and it was very evident Ms. Fox was a courageous person. May the family have peace and comfort at this difficult time. Psalms 9:9

I went to college and played on lacrosse teams with Charlotte. She was always a tough defender. That same toughness was also balanced with a very kind heart. No question she was an accomplished climber and member of the ski patrol. It is an honor for me to know such a person and it is clear Charlotte lived her life to the fullest. Gone too soon. Rest easy, Charlotte.

Her many Greensboro NC friends will miss her!

Have watched Everest so many times I cannot count. Always mesmerized by the fearless among us. She was one of those fearless people. May God comfort you for this great loss.
