Charlotte Kay "Char" Henderson, age 66, of Forest City, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at her home.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 10:45 AM at First Baptist Church, 18508 E Highway 9 in Forest City.
A private burial will take place at a later date.

Charlotte Kay (Cantrell) Henderson was born on October 17, 1956 to Charles Francis and Margie Ann (Snook) Cantrell. After growing up and living in the west, Char made the move to Iowa in 2019 and has been here since.
She was a free spirited woman, a loving mom, a crafter, reader, customer service specialist, Army veteran, and the best P, B & J maker ever! And Char absolutely adored her dog Dexter.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter Carrie Henderson of Highlands Ranch, CO. Char was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Margie.
