My deepest sympathy to the Landay Family,I have know Charlotte for 25yrs buying and selling homes with her as my realtor,She became much more than a realtor to Me and I am sure that was true for many that knew her
Her honesty,kindness,,sense of humor and willingness to help in anyway,both business and personal has made me a better person from having known her. May she rest in Peace and her family have solace knowing that She was loved and respected by many

If there were more Charlotte Landay's in the world,,,What a wonderful World it would be!!,I have know Charlotte for 25 years and made several Real estate deals with Her,,,She was as Honest as the day is long and she quickly became more than a Realtor to me,,,But a trusted friend and often said she was like a family member to me,I have no doubt that she had many clients that felt the same,She opened her home to Me on Thanksgiving Day the 1st year I moved there and I did not know anyone in the Valley,,Her whole family was welcoming and a Class Act in every way,,I have so many fond memories of Her and I driving all over Scottsdale and looking at homes.I would call or text her often to Wish her Happy Mothers Day,,and should would do the same for Me on Fathers day,,Too much to say about her and Her grace,sense of humor and honesty,,I will miss Her and and May she rest in peace with our Heavenly Father,I hope Her family well and I want to stress that I am a better person for having known her
