Charmaine Barlow

Charmaine is a beautiful, sweet, talented lady. She always treated me kindly. I am so grateful our paths crossed. She was my neighbor and she and I became friends through paper crafting. She made such beautiful cards. I miss her already. What a beautiful soul she has. My sincerest empathy for all of her family and her dear husband Stan.

Charmaine was such a fun person to be around. She will be missed.
