Charmaine Ruth Royer, 83, of Coudersport, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at her home. She was born in Lancaster on November 18, 1942, the daughter of the late Chedwicke and Alice Mae (Beck) Hawke. She married Larry E. Royer on Feb. 24, 1962.
Charmaine enjoyed dancing, knitting, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Larry, she is survived by daughters: Annette E. Royer of Millsboro, DE; Suzette R. Royer of Coudersport; Lynnette Hart of Ephrata; a half-brother, Gregory Econrode of Lancaster; four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
In keeping with Charmaine ‘s wished, there will be no visitation or services. A private burial will be in Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster. Family suggests memorial contributions in her name to be made to Volunteers That Care, P.O. Box 750, Coudersport, PA 16915. The family have entrusted her arrangements to the Thomas E.
