Missing you terribly on what would have been your 40th birthday bro. We certainly didnt get to play enough music together before you had to leave. Looking forward to when we can again.

I'm so sorry for your loss of Chase. He was such a joy to take care of! Sean took care of me at MVH after my 4 wheeler accident in 2010. I saw his last name & told him I worked at MMC with a Dr. Cochran & he was always telling us funny jokes all the time. Then he said that's my Dad. Then I told him I took care of Chase multiple times when he came into the hospital. I really enjoyed him as my patient, I took the time he needed to talk. He will be missed.
