Chelcie Nicole Preston

On February 3, 2025, after a valiant 4-year fight with cancer, Chelcie Nicole Preston was reunited with her mother in heaven. She was 35 years young.
born September 16, 1989, in Bakersfield, California.
Chelcie was a beloved mom, fiancé, and a wonderful friend to many who were lucky enough to know her. She is survived by her two beautiful children, Luke, and Delanie Dozier, her longtime fiancé Darrel Dozier, her sister Paige Carbis, her two loving aunts and uncle, Tammy Nuefeld, Margie Meador
and Michael Dwyer. She is preceded in death by her mother
Tina Dwyer, as well as her father Kenny Preston.
Chelcie was a ball of fire, full of energy and enthusiasm. She was known for her fiery disposition and her brutal honesty. She loved to laugh and to love. She loved and she loved hard. If you found your way into her heart
she refused to let you go. Those of us that loved her refused to let her go.
Chelcie knew and believed in our lord Jesus Christ and was looking forward to him welcoming her into his loving and graceful arms.
"Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection, and the life. Those who believe in me, Even though they will die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die." - John 11: 25-26.
