Chelsa Pearl Anderson of Vergas, MN passed away peacefully at her home on October 16th, 2025 at the age of 44.
Chelsa was born on September 15th, 1981 in Fargo, ND to parents Kim and Jane (Strebig) Anderson. She grew up in Fargo and graduated from West Fargo High School in 2000. Following high school, she had various jobs. She was a CNA at both Fargo Nursing Home and Bethany Nursing Home, a night attendant at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, worked with Lake Superior Catering and lastly working as a retail clerk at Seven Sisters Spirits in Detroit Lakes, MN. She enjoyed going out on the pontoon, car rides in the country, taking walks in the woods, swimming, ice fishing, cursing in traffic, and having a good time with her friends.
She leaves behind her parents, Kim and Jane Anderson; her brother, Robert (Heidi) Anderson; her nieces; Kaydi (Tyler) Backen, Grayci Anderson; nephew, Vincent Anderson; her life partner, Bubba Halverson; her aunts, Judy (Giacomo) Dinuzzo, Roseanne (Shane) Ottmar, Penny (Jim) Hyers, Valerie Anderson; her uncles, Ken (Crystal) Johnson, Michael Johnson, Jerry Anderson, Clayton (Jennifer) Hess, Steve (Connie) Niemi; and many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Michael Anderson; grandparents, Cyril (Betty) Anderson, Doris Anderson, Wayne Strebig, Doramay Johnson; aunt, Jean Strebig McNeill-Knight; uncles, Thomas Anderson, Gary (Shirley) Anderson, Boyd Anderson, Dean Anderson, Cyril Anderson Jr.; and her cat, Eddie.
Chelsa was as fierce as she was stubborn. She loved hard, played hard, her laugh was one of a kind and will never be forgotten.
