Cherry attended the Alamance Burlington School System and was a 1973 graduate of Walter M. Williams High school where she developed life-long relationships. Cherry was gainfully employed with Burlington Industries for more than 20 years as a Warehouse Supervisor.
Cherry was married to Tyrone Faucette and this union was blessed with two daughters, Audrey and Joy. Ensuring that her daughters were well rounded, she supported them within the Girl Scouts and she was a devoted Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed maintain her beautiful flower garden and was always excited by he occasional hummingbird visits. She was an avid bowler, loved baking, canning and crocheting. Often times we wonder if she missed her calling because she was a comedienne. She loved having fun and always being around her family. Our hearts are broken; however, we know we that she is resting in arms of Jesus.
Lasting and loving memories will forever be held within the hearts of her husband Tyrone Faucette; two daughters: Audrey Faucette and Joy Faucette; two grandchildren: India Burgess and Ned Burgess III; great-granddaughter: Namaari Joy Soto; four siblings: Doris Brincefield, Beverly Slade (Troy), Carol Denise Enoch and Arthur Enoch, Jr.; an aunt Julia Allen; two brothers-in-love: Celo Faucette and Rev. Arrey Faucette (Lillian) as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
