Cheryl Anne Swan, 67, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.
Cheryl was born December 8th 1955 in Middlesex, England. She moved to
the US when she was 3 years old, making Florida her forever home.
Cheryl will be greatly missed by beloved family, daughter Heather Azeredo of Port Saint Lucie, son Andrew Swan (Nicole) of Orlando, Mother Karen Wasson of West Palm Beach, grandchildren Bryanna Azeredo (Michael) of Okeechobee, FL, Jadyn Azeredo (Aniki) of Port Saint Lucie, Zayne Azeredo (Sophia) of Port Saint Lucie, Trevor and Shelbi Azeredo of Port Saint Lucie, Kaitlyn and Tyler Monroe of Port Saint Lucie. great-grandchildren Liliana and Maverick. She has left a void in the hearts of her brothers Kevin and Stevie of West Palm Beach, as well as daughter-in-law Jade Azeredo and devoted fur baby Dozer.
Memorial Donations may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice at https://treasurehealth.org/292/Donate in Cheryl’s name.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 3PM to 5PM with a prayer service to start at 5PM at the Haisley Funeral Chapel 3015 Okeechobee Rd Ft. Pierce, FL 34947.
