Chester Plummer Obituary
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Heckart Funeral Home, with military honors beginning at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
