From: Carolyn Peters, President, Concern Citizens Of Mossville

Our heart felt sympathy and condolences goes out to Mrs. Duncan and her family. You have experienced a great lost! Speaking for myself and the Mossville Community , Mayor Duncan and Mrs. Duncan has had a compassionate heart for our community. Even if it was just an ear to listen and aspirations to move forward, to make a difference.

Today, we morn and celebrate with you and your family, the Home Going Celebration, for Mayor Duncan. He has left an outstanding legacy for his family, community and surrounding communities.

God Bless all of you, and lean not on your own understanding, just Trust God!

Chris was a good man who treated everyone with respect. He was very knowledgeable. I could count on him to post military history first thing in the morning every day that had anything to do with veterans or our country. He loved God, our Country and his family. He did a lot for our community. Sulphur is a better place because of him. Thank you, Angel for sharing him with us and always being right there with him.
