Chris Mills

Cleveland Christopher "Chris" Mills, 55, of Macedonia, SC, a retired mechanic for Bosch, died Thursday morning at his residence.
His funeral will be 1:00 PM Wednesday afternoon, April 30, 2025, in the Chapel of Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Moncks Corner. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday evening.
Mr. Mills was born September 25, 1969, in Charleston, SC, a son of Cleveland Cecil Mills and Louise Marsh Mills. He was the former Fire Chief at the Macedonia Rural Fire Department and he also went on mission trips to South Africa. He loved helping people in anyway possible and was also often referred to as a "Mr. Fix It" when it came to repairing items of all sorts. Mr. Mills was an avid Gamecock fan and enjoyed hunting. Whenever possible he loved to treat himself to a meal of crab legs, and he also enjoyed going on cruises when he was able.
Surviving are his daughters, Ashley M. Willis and her husband, Nick, of Moncks Corner, and Josie Mills of Florence; a son, Cleve Mills of Florence; a sister, Cindy Douglas of Macedonia; a brother, Cecil Mills and his wife, Stefanie, of Macedonia; the mother of his children, Kristie Howell Mills of Florence; and four grandchildren, Madi Bland, Cam Bland, Ace Willis, and Ayden Willis.
