May the memories of your love one always stay in your heart. It takes time for the heart to heal, and for the pain to ease.

Psalms 147:3- He is healing the broken-hearted ones, and is binding up their painful spots.

Dear Hitch
I thought of you recently. I must visit you at the Four Seasons before you retire. You left us way to soon. I know I'll see you in heaven. I'm so thankful I got to work with you.
I love You

I am so sad to learn of Hitsch's sudden passing. He was a fine man and a superb chef. For now, may his wife, children, family and friends find comfort in their grief. As time passes, I hope you will replace the shock of his death with fond memories from your life together. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

I worked with Hitsch for 13 years and not a day went by that he didn't make me laugh. He was a great human being with a big heart as well as an accomplished chef. All who knew him loved his company. He will always be remembered with great affection. My condolences to his family.

Family members,

My sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. Many who enjoyed his signature dishes will miss him. God cares and promises that "death will be no more". His words in the scriptures at Isaiah 25:8 bring us comfort and give us hope.

I am so sorry to learn of your untimely passing. Way to young to die.

I just saw you mentioned on Anthony Bourdain's tv show, No Reservations.
