Christian Patrick Oswalt

Christian and I were in the AMS choir together in 6th and 7th grade. He was always happy, always making everyone laugh and he had a beautiful voice. When I heard that he passed away I felt a great sadness cover me. Sending lots of love to the Oswalt family. Fly high, Christian. We miss you.

I will always remember the first time I met Christian, they had just gotten back from a track meet in 7th grade and Christian walked Abbie to the car where I was waiting and I believe he was carrying her bag for her. When Abbie opened the door she said 'my friend Christian wants to meet you'. Christian leaned down and looked in the passenger door and said 'Hi Abbie's mom'. From that point forward, every time I saw Christian he always said hello to me and was known to stop over after a sporting event and come in with Abbie just so he could tell me hi.
I will miss his smile and watching him play for Colo-Nesco. There is a big hole in both Abbie's and my heart. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family!!
