Chris and I went thru school all the way fron kindergarten to graduation from UE. She was a member of my wedding party and she continued to be a great friend even tho we eventually lived far apart. I have had good friends continue from my UE days and I am very thankful that our wonderful UE Cheerleader was a major one of them. She is deeply missed--Nina Quercia Celeste

Jerry, Nina and I are both devastated by the news of Chris' passing. Even tho we are so far away we have always felt you and Chris remained close fiends of ours. It is sad that distance kept us from getting together over these many years. We especially remember our trip to San Jose to visit you and how generous you were with your time. You probably don't remember the restaurant host wanting to seat us in the back because you and I didn't have ties on, and you straightened them out immediately that you wanted your guests (us) to be seated near the window so we could get a good view of the harbor --and we were. Little things like that made you so special to us--along with a great time at the UE re-union. Maybe gone, but definitely not forgotten. Nina & Mike Celeste
