Christina Renee Sessoms left this world too soon on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the young age of 38. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Garfield Guyton, uncle Tommy Butler, and one brother, Bradley Sessoms. She leaves behind her beloved mother, Rachel Butler Sessoms of Bladenboro, father, Christopher Sessoms (Shirley) of Kill Devil Hills, maternal grandmother Hazel Guyton, paternal grandmother Alice Taylor (Donnie), paternal grandfather Marshall Sessoms, grandmother Jackie Bibbs, one son Gabriel Suggs (Savannah Todd) of Tabor City, three siblings, Santana White (Clint) of Bladenboro, Michelle Pinck of Clarkton and Christopher Sessoms Jr. (Autumn) of Clarendon, nephews and nieces, Clinton White II, Grant Sessoms, Maddison Sessoms, Briar Sessoms, Cameron Sessoms, Paisley Butler, and Halona Strickland, one great nephew, Kaycen Sessoms, and a host of other family and friends.
Christina was a one of a kind young woman with a heart of gold. She freely gave love to everyone but especially had a special place for her dear son, Gabriel and her nieces and nephews who affectionately called her "KK". She enjoyed spending time playing with them, coloring, drawing, listening to music, and collecting jewelry. Christina will always be remembered for her compassion, her free spirit and her outgoing personality.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 1- 1:45pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2 pm with the Reverend Leroy Wright officiating.
