She gave me Little Compton, Olga´s and the ocean when i deeply needed it. She gave me Tucson and the desert, hikes in the canyons. The Africa trip and the Northampton vibe.

She was such an amazing mid-life friend--first a tango student, then a travel buddy, then a housemate. She let me be her beloved dog's godfather in a sense, since I suggested the name Galan and we three drove across the USA together. Her curiosity and energy seemed limitless. Her vast collection of friendships was impressive. Her dedication to family continue to inspire me. It is no wonder she touched the lives of so many people.
