Christine Curley Barksdale, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, after a life well lived. Ms. Barksdale was born in Greeneville, NC on February 13, 1937. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.
A viewing will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on, Saturday, April 11, 2026, in the sanctuary of City Temple of Baltimore Baptist Church, 317 Dolphin Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21217. The wake will begin at 10:30 am and the homegoing service to follow beginning at 11:00 am.
The burial will follow the services in Arbutus Memorial Park.
