Christine "Chrissy" (Lynch) Fitzpatrick, a beacon of love and joy, passed away peacefully at Milford Hospital on September 20, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on September 28, 1952, in the historic city of Boston, Massachusetts, to the late, John P. and Helen (Hann) Lynch. Chrissy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness.
Chrissy's life was a testament to the power of family and faith. She was the cherished mother of two daughters, Christina Mank (Paul) of Dudley, Massachusetts, and Jodi Stevens (Christopher) of Holland, Massachusetts. Her role as a grandmother to Gwendolyn Helenora Stevens, Savannah Octavia Stevens and, Anthony Deneault of Albany, Oregon was something she held dear to her heart, embracing every moment with them with boundless love and enthusiasm.
Chrissy had won Volunteer of the year award back in the 1980's from Woodland Elementary and Middle School East in Milford for her volunteerism, which she took great pride in.
Chrissy was a beloved sister to her large and caring family, including her three brothers, Joseph Lynch of Rockwall, Texas, John Lynch of Webster, Massachusetts, Frederick Lynch of Waltham, Massachusetts, and her six sisters, Patricia Perkins of Acushnet, Massachusetts, Ann Doherty of Onset, Massachusetts, Karen Ellsworth of Charlton, Massachusetts, Linda Aresenault of Maine, Lisa Pine of Westmoreland, New Hampshire, and Kathy Blood of Easton, Massachusetts, Chrissy was also a cherished sister-in-law to Big Paul Chadwick and held a special place in the hearts of her fifty-five nieces and nephews and her home health aide Amy Carter. She was the sister of the late, Mary Chadwick, Carol Lynch, Helen Recchia, Eileen Mosher and Margaret Mills, and her two pets predeceased her, Misty Woman and Idgi baby.
A devout Christian, Chrissy's faith guided her through life's challenges and triumphs. She found solace and strength in her beliefs, and her trust in God's grace was unwavering.
Chrissy's zest for life was evident in her passions. She was an avid animal lover, a culinary enthusiast who delighted in cooking for her loved ones, and a fan of the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley. Music and dancing brought her immense joy, and she could often be found swaying to the rhythm of her favorite tunes.
Her patriotism shone through in her commitment to her community and country, and she proudly celebrated her heritage and the values she held dear. Chrissy's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will live on through the many lives she touched.
