Christine (Chris) McDaniel 57 passed away August 4 2022 at St. Anthony's hospital in Rockford, IL., surrounded by her family. Chris was born September 23 1964 in Joliet, IL., to Lloyd and Geraldine (Clark) McDaniel. Chris loved to spend time with family, bake cookies, color, do puzzles and sing.
Chris is survived by her siblings Michael (Raynell) McDaniel of Verona, IL., Kim (Joe) Howard of Piper City, IL., and Brian McDaniel of Princeton, IL. Nieces and Nephews Michael (Holly) McDaniel, Matthew (Samantha) McDaniel, Joshua Acosta, Brianna (Anthony) Setters, Bradley McDaniel, and Devin Howard. Great nieces and nephews Gavin McDaniel, Makenzie Setters, Mikey McDaniel, Lindsey VanWinsen, Timothy VanWinsen, Chase McDaniel, and Colin McDaniel.
Chris is proceeded in death by her parents and maternal and fraternal grandparents. Chris had the best personality, made everyone laugh till they cried, and had some of the best advice. She will be missed by many. A celebration of life will be held September 24 at Knights of Columbus in LaSalle, IL at 2pm.
