Christine Roberts Obituary
Christine Alice Roberts, known as Chris to her family and friends, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the age of 69. She was born September 14, 1955, in Jerome, Idaho to the late Robert and Alice (Cameron) McCarrie. Chris worked for Hospice of Lubbock for many years as the office manager before retiring. Her most treasured time was spent making fun memories with her family, going to the beach, and gathering everyone for a game of Farkle.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Glen of Ransom Canyon; children, JR Long, Michael “Shelly” Penn, and Amy Shields; grandchildren, Logan, Saige, Andrew, Noah, Michael, Kinsler, Carleigh, and Journey; and one great-grandchild, Jordi. She will also be missed by Jeremy, Emily, Cole, the Cronies and the Mermaids.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Venue on Broadway, 2202 Broadway, with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am.
