Christine Smith, a beloved mother, grandmother, and wife, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on February 19, 1953, Christine filled her days with love, creativity, and devotion to her family.
Christine had a passion for arts and crafts, especially Christmas wreaths and ornaments. Her collection of nutcrackers was admired by many, each piece holding a special story. Christine also found joy in completing jigsaw puzzles and exploring the delicate craft of diamond art.
Above all, Christine's heart was given entirely to her family, especially her beloved grandson, Dalton Smith. Dalton was the light of her life, and she cherished every moment she spent spoiling him.
Christine was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Wilford "Roy" Smith, and their cherished son, Jeffrey Scott Smith.
Christine is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (James) MacEwan; Son, Brian (Star) Smith; grandson, Dalton Smith; brothers, Charles and Jim Overstreet; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service to honor Christine’s life will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Bulloch Memorial Gardens
Christine will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by those who had the privilege to know her. Her legacy of love and creativity will continue to inspire and comfort her friends and family for years to come.
