I watched Chris grow up in First Baptist Church, Madisonville. Later, when he was on staff at First Baptist each Sunday night he taught a class. I, and a large number of members, attended the class. He was an outstanding teacher. After he left Madisonville we kept
in touch. After I moved to
Daisy Hill in Versailles he visited me and we had many conversations remembering older friends from First Baptist and Madisonville. He will be missed.
