Christopher Ray Duncan, 47, passed away on July 6, 2025, in Double Springs, Alabama. Born on March 29, 1977, in Alabama, Christopher lived a life marked by joy, connection, and a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures that brought people together.
Christopher was known for his love of church and the fellowship it offered. He found great joy in singing and dancing-expressions of his vibrant spirit that uplifted those around him. Whether gathered with family or among friends, he cherished moments of togetherness and celebration. His passion for thrifting reflected his unique eye for hidden treasures and his appreciation for the stories behind everyday things.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Elizabeth McCullar (Brian); his brother, Brandon Piper; and his aunt, Laura McCullar. Christopher also leaves behind a host of family and friends who were touched by his warmth and presence.
He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Ray Duncan; grandparents John Calvin Duncan and Bessie Duncan; uncles Toby McCullar, Johnny E. Duncan, and Mark C. Duncan; and grandparents Imogene McCullar and Morris Lee McCullar.
In honor of Christopher's generous spirit and love for community, the family requests that charitable donations be made in lieu of flowers.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
