Chris and I where in Reception together when we both arrived at Fort Lewis, I was a new soldier and chris was coming from Korea. The week we spent in reception we were housed in the same room. I remember the first night we could be out till 3am, we ended up pretty much falling through the company doorway with a couple minutes to spear. One of the greatest individuals I got to meet during my time in the Army. Chris you will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the Heide family. I know this is a very difficult time for the family and I pray God continues to comfort the family during this time of bereavement. May the many cherished and fond memories of Christopher continue to comfort his family and friends. May you all continue to have calming thoughts and peace of mind during this time.
