I was in Band with Chris as a Seventh grader. He was in 8th. I tried to sit down to get ready to play and he pulled the chair out from under me. He also did the honor of taking the watermelon redbull I was randomly handed in the hallway. Love ya CK

So sorry for your loss. He was a friend to my nephew Timothy Grant. So sad. God bless all of you.

I had the privilege to work with Chris at TMHS during the 22-23 school year. He was, by far, one of the most authentic young adults I've ever met. His patriotism, work ethic, and sense of humor were evident in every interaction we shared. My favorite memory is from the last week of the school year--as the students were moving from the commons to their 1st period class, we could hear "God Bless the USA" by Lee Greenwood playing across some type of speaker. In searching for the source, along with several other staff members, I looked over to see Chris wearing an American flag shirt with his cowboy hat, and he was carrying a bluetooth speaker. It was the genuine smile of gratitude for the message of that song that gave him away. His passion to serve others is a rare gift in the current generation, and I'm so blessed to have experienced it for a short time. Thank you, Karr family for sharing him with our world!
