Christopher Ketelhut Obituary
He was born on March 14, 1958, in Detroit, to the late Thomas and Marlene Ketelhut.
Chris was the King of his Castle. He was the first person there whenever someone needed him, giving whatever he had to those in need. He loved God. He loved his wife of almost 50 years and his 6 children. He always opened his home and everyone was always welcome. He truly loved his family with all of his heart and always put them first. He was the life of the party. He worked hard and instilled a work ethic in his children that will live on forever. He will be missed by so many for the rest of our days.
Chris was an avid hunter and fisherman, never missing an opening day and always looking forward to spending that time teaching his children how to hunt and fish and to grow their love for it.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa, children; Christopher Ketelhut (Jennifer Ketelhut, aka his bestie), Eric Ketelhut (Laura Ketelhut), Jeffrey Ketelhut, Matthew Ketelhut (Nicole Ketelhut), Rachel (Ketelhut) Tenn, (Bradley Tenn), & Brandon Orlich (Kara Orlich), grandchildren; Kaylee, Isabella, Hunter, Aiden, Selina, Reign, Hudson, Andrew & his 9th grandbaby on the way, siblings; Cynthia Boyd (Mark Boyd), Kimberly Quinn (Danny Quinn), Jack Ketelhut (Lora Ketelhut), Viky Lathrop (Greg Lathrop), & Bob Halaas (Tonia Halaas), along with several nieces, nephews, friends and his best friends for life; Daniel Moss, Rick Sylvie & Billy Marsh Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 11:00am at The Shores Church – 24905 Manhattan St., St. Clair Shores. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, in the church.

Sorry to hear. I used to go hunting with him in Wyoming. Me and him got everyone´s tags last day of the hunt. We were the only ones that could shoot. He was fun person to know.
