So sorry to hear of Chris passing. He was young I'm remembering him as a little boy on Beverly road. So sad

It was just relayed to me of Chris' passing. We had a bunch of truly fun & epic memories together during our years in High school. His willingness to be a solid friend will never be forgotten by me. The Chris I knew, would do anything for you, share his last dollar with you & cover for you regardless of his own involvement (dining room chairs included). From enjoying ice hockey to music tastes to sking & other activities, we seemed to just feed off of each other's endless energies. The others couldn't keep up with us! We did so many things together, I could hardly pick one memory to share, many at full speed. My first impression of Chris was from elementary school & I did not even know him. My perception was he was just tough as nails though. You knew he was no wimp. Later in High school when we became friends his willingness to try so hard to play ice hockey was very impressive to me. He knew he was never going to be an elite player, but gave 100% on every shift. He loved speed, as did I & sking & driving were outlets we often enjoyed. Guns & Roses concerts or trips to the country; weather warm or cold were always fun. I was happy when he got the solid career. I thought it suited him from what he said if it. As the years went by and relationships were started with girlfriends our friendship kind of took a back seat. I had heard of him having a daughter & loving being a Dad. I became a Father myself (3 in total now) & life finds ways to keep you busy. I never again spoke with Chris. I always knew he was out there & had my back. I didn't need to hold his hand through life. We had had our times & knew life needed to be lived. We were not going to sit on each other's porches at 99 years of age & we knew it. But we also knew were were forever going to be best friends. Thank you so much, all of you for allowing me to know your son, brother or father. He meant so much to me at a special time in my life. I hope he is laughing somewhere in his way.
