Christopher T. Peloso, known affectionately as Chris to his friends and family, passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 40.
Born on December 22, 1985, in
Paterson, New Jersey, Chris was a lifelong resident of the state he loved. Chris's life was on marked by devotion and joy, traits that were evident to all who knew him. He was the cherished son of Susan Peloso of Michigan and the late Joseph Dulski, Jr. Chris's legacy of love continues through his beloved daughter, Bria, who was the light of his life.
His spirit is also carried on by his caring mother, Susan; his loyal brother, Joseph Dulski, III and his wife, Dana of Totowa; his adoring sister, Jennifer Zawisza and her husband, Thomas of Cape Coral, FL; his dedicated stepmother, Deborah Dulski of Little Falls; his fond aunt, Jo Ann Dulski; and his treasured nieces and nephews: Jenna Torres, Robert Cobb Torres, Michael Torres, Victoria Torres, Juliana Dulski, Jolie Dulski, Joseph Stoutland, and Thomas Zawisza.
For over two decades, Chris served as a Railroad Bridge Operator for NJ Transit, a role he performed with diligence and pride. His colleagues knew him as a man of integrity and commitment, qualities that made him not only a reliable coworker but also a trusted friend. Chris's passion for life was evident in his varied interests. His greatest joy was spending quality time with his daughter, Bria. Whether he was taking her to karate classes or simply enjoying a day together, Chris's love for his daughter was unmatched.
A lover of film, Chris eagerly awaited each new release, immersing himself in the stories that unfolded on the big screen. His enthusiasm for movies was infectious, and many will remember him for the spirited conversations that followed a shared cinematic experience. Those who knew Chris would describe him as loving, kind, and spirited. He approached life with an open heart and a generous spirit, always ready to lend a hand or share a moment of laughter. His presence was a source of comfort and happiness to those around him. In the words of the great William Shakespeare, "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players." Chris played his role on this earthly stage with grace and warmth, leaving behind memories that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Christopher T. Peloso's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and kindness. As we bid farewell to Chris, we take solace in the knowledge that his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. He will be profoundly missed, but the love he shared will resonate forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover. (Please gather near the office for a procession to the graveside.)
