Christopher Michael Poulin

Christopher Michael Poulin, left us far too soon at the age of 43 on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at his home in Methuen, Massachusetts, where he had made his life after living in upstate New York. He was born on December 5, 1981, in Lowell, Massachusetts. For eight dedicated years, Chris served as a volunteer firefighter in Hunter, New York-a role he cherished deeply and spoke of with immense pride. It wasn't just a duty; it was his way of giving back to the community he loved. When he wasn't out helping others, Chris could often be found immersed in his world of cars, meticulously adding to his treasured collection of steel diecast models. He was a huge Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. At home, his gentle side shone through in the love he showered on his beloved cats, who were his constant companions and brought him endless comfort. Chris's absence leaves a profound void in the lives of those who adored him. He is survived by his devoted father, Kenneth J. Poulin, and his wife, Karen, of Methuen; his brothers, Dustin Poulin and his wife, Joelle, of Londonderry, New Hampshire, and Ryan Poulin and his wife, Natalia, of Methuen; along with his five cherished nieces and nephews-Jack, Ted, Eliana, Luciana, and Mateo. He was predeceased by his dear mother, Jacqueline L. (Caron) Poulin. Chris also leaves behind a wide circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him. To honor the life Chris lived, family and friends are invited to gather for calling hours from 9 to 11 AM on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, located at 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. His funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home, with burial to be held privately at a later date.
