Christopher M. Schaefer, Sr., 51, of Boyertown, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. He was born August 1, 1974 to the late Brenda Schaefer. He is survived by his loving fiancée, Ashley Wilkinson.

Chris found great joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially cheering on his favorite teams. He was a devoted fan of the Miami Dolphins, the Philadelphia Flyers, and the Atlanta Braves, rarely missing a game and always sharing his passion for sports with those around him. Whether watching from home or talking about the latest play, those moments brought him happiness and connection.

Above all else, Chris was a loving father, proud grandfather, and devoted fiancé. His family was the center of his world, and he treasured the time spent together offering steady support, laughter, and unconditional love. His presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by those who knew him best.

In addition to his fiancée, he is survived by his children, Meghan Schaefer, and Bryson Wilkinson; three grandchildren; and siblings, Tara Corbin, Mary Falcone, Courtney Lopez, and Deidra Falcone. In addition to his mother, he is predeceased by his son, Christopher M. Schaefer, Jr., and maternal grandmother, Bernie Heaps.

Service details will be published upon completion.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to his church LCBC Manheim, 2392 Mount Joy Rd., Manheim, PA 17545.
