Mr. Christopher Wain Sims

My dear cousin. .. May you rest in eternal peace. I love you forever.

Family, truly our hearts our shattered, and I grieve sorely for the passing of my beloved cousin Christopher who was courage, love, light, and kindness personified. Though we may weep and mourn for a night, I know that joy will come in the morning as Chris leaves a legacy of love for his beautiful children, Aunt Denise, Aunt Stine, Kenyetta, Sonny, Lynn, Randy Jr., and Jerrica and all his family and friends. Comfort and peace is found in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 , which reminds us that we will see Chris and all of our loved ones that have passed into glory again:

"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."

Rest on, dear cousin, and family, let us bind ourselves together in love for Chris and each other to comfort and support one another in our collective grief.
