Christopher Soechting

We have had the pleasure of knowing this wonderful family for many years. Chris was a great husband, dad, and a friend to many. He had a dry sense of humor that could catch you off guard. But he was an honest, hard-working, ethical, gracious, and trustworthy man. To say Chris will be missed is such an understatement.

I will continue to pray for your family, for healing, and for our community to reach out and be the hands and feet of our Lord and Savior in their time of need. May God hold you all in the palm of his hands, until you meet Chris again.

One last thought is a scripture that I love to read and lean into.


1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
