Chris is survived by his children, Constance (James) Slavens, Seth Summy, and Erin Summy; his 3 grandchildren, Jocelyn, Charlotte, and Jameson Slavens; his brothers, Billy Summy, Brandon Summy, and Waylon (Kelsey) Wheeler; his sisters, Kimberly Groves, Katherine (Chris) Thoele, and Nancy (Frank) Porter; and many beloved nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Laren Summy and Francis Wheeler. His remaining family is comforted knowing he is now in the embrace of his loving parents.
