how on earth has it been a full year without my brother. it literally feels like yesterday he was at the house. when i told him i would see him next weekend, but instead of seeing him at the house, i saw him in the casket. feels like yesterday we got the call. when he died. when i was sitting front row at his funeral. everything still replays in my head. and here we are. a year later. the memories with him flood my head. the nights when EVERYTHING comes back to me and i just can´t help but cry. im so unbelievably proud of him for even living as long as he did. it was rough but he did it. i was so angry with him at first bc if he would´ve let someone help him he would possibly still be here. then i realized he is so much happier and not in pain anymore. chris, i will forever love you so much. you were an amazing brother and you always made sure everyone around you felt loved. please continue to paint the skies beautifully and rest easy. fly high sweet boy. i will always love you.
