Chris and I worked together years ago in retail. We always had some great discussions and he always laughed at my jokes! I appreciated that such a handsome man was so friendly, formal and respectful of us as women. He worked with a lot of them at the time. The point is: He was a stand up guy. I´m sad to hear of his passing and I hope he rests in peace and that his soul is finally free. Sending love to his family and friends who have lost him way too soon.

It´s been so surreal that your no longer with us.
I remember the first day we meet at work in 2005 we hit it off immediately and remained friends ever since. So many great memories we´ve shared through the years from working together or the times when we both lived in Astoria, from late night hangouts to early morning workouts at the Rock.
Your cool, calm and collected demeanor always complemented my crazy lol. I´m sad that when we last spoke in January we made plans to have you come visit us in Wisconsin and it didn´t get to happen but I am extremely happy that I have nothing but awesome memories of you. You were always a great friend to me, especially through my toughest times and I will never forget you.

With love and respect,
The Nieves Family

I had the pleasure of hosting Chris in PHX at our work´s area offsite. It was the 1st time our team had gotten together. He was quietly funny and supportive and had quickly become a wonderful friend. He would occasionally reach out with just a word or a meme and remind me of an inside joke or something we bonded over. He is greatly missed. He´s probably in Heaven listening to "Peaches" by Justin Bieber and eating Oreos.
