So many fond memories of the man that inspired me to pursue a career in the food industry. Your passion, humor and meticulous attention to detail, helped shape my own perspectives about how to effectively run a success kitchen.
Chris you are my friend and my mentor and will live forever in my heart. Rest easy....until we meet again
