Christos "Chris" Bournousouzis passed away peacefully, leaving behind a family and friends who loved him deeply and will forever remember the warmth, humor, and steady presence he brought into their lives. He was a man defined by loyalty, quiet generosity, and unwavering devotion to those he held close.
Chris is survived by his beloved nephew, Taso Bournousouzis, Taso's wife Debbie, and their sons Nektarios and Georgie, all of whom brought him immense pride. He is also lovingly remembered by his niece, Maria Madden, her husband David, and their children Giota, Niko, and Demetri-each holding a special place in his heart.
He is also survived by his sister and brother, Kontylia and George, as well as his sister in law Giota Bournousouzis, whose care and presence were a blessing throughout his life.
Chris' love extends to his nieces and nephews in Greece-Nikos Tzeni, Maria Tzeni, Evangelia Tzeni, Efstratia Nova, and their families. They will all remember him for his kindness, his stories, and the affection he showed them throughout their lives.
Chris was preceded in death by his parents, Anastasios and Maria Bournousouzis, his sister Koula, his brother-in-law Paraskevas, and his niece Nicoletta, whose memories he carried with him always. Their bond rooted in shared history, deep devotion, and unbreakable love-is now reunited in peace.
The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 with a Trisagion service beginning at 5 pm, followed by visitation from 5-8 pm. A funeral service for Chris will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, 10 am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 Ponca St. Baltimore 21224. Internment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
