Christos Manis

Theio Christo was such a kind man, and he really had the best laugh! He loved to tease his nieces and nephews... and everyone else. ;) Gabe still maintains that the Christmas dinner we attended at your home when we were first married was the best he ever had (prime rib as I recall - with theio as head chef). Cooking was certainly one of his great talents... as was making people feel warm, welcomed and loved. May his memory be eternal.
