Chuck Canady, 54 of Unionville,Tennessee died on Monday, October 3, 2016, at his residence in Unionville, Tennessee. Born Thursday, April 5, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a forklift driver for Crafco of Halls, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mr. Canady will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Thursday, October 6, 2016 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Kelly Lock and Jeanna Damesworth. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery near Friendship, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Dale McCormack Canady of Unionville, Tennessee; three sons, Eric Canady of Minnesota; Brandon Canady of Somerville, Alabama and Charles Canady, Jr, of Alabama; two daughters, Nikki Canady of Missouri and Natasha Canady of Halls, Tennessee; his step-mother, Dottie Canady of Somerville, Alabama and two grandchildren, Charlie Elgin and Hannah Elgin. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip George Canady. Pallbearers will be Kelly Lock, II, Kerry Lock, Philip Roberts, Greg Hardin, Jordan Hardin and Steve King.
