He lived a life full of laughter, love, and profound dedication to his family and his craft. For over a decade, Chuck found joy in his career as a baker, where amidst flour and frosting, he met his beloved wife, Karen. Their love story began in the kitchen, marked by smiles, shared dreams, and the rich aroma of freshly baked goods. Beyond his baking pursuits, Chuck embraced another passion—restoring cars. He had an exceptional talent for dolling up vehicles, getting them ready for auctions, showcasing his meticulous attention to detail.
A man of humor and charm, Chuck was known for his sarcastic nature and playful jokes that brought lightheartedness to every gathering. He cherished playing cards with family and friends, particularly euchre and Texas hold 'em, often making memories that will be fondly remembered by all who shared the table with him.
Chuck's greatest joy came from his children and grandchildren. Each one held a special place in his heart, and he often remarked that they were all his favorites. His love for them was evident in every hug and every shared moment, building a legacy of warmth and affection that will ripple through generations.
Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Chuck’s life at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626. The visitation will be held on June 11, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM, followed by a funeral service that will begin at 5:00 PM.
Chuck Gallagher's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, yet his legacy of love, laughter, and cherished moments will continue to resonate in the lives of his family and friends.
