He is proceeded in death by his parents, Charles L. Cudlipp Sr and Grace E. Cudlipp, his son Charles L. Cudlipp III, sister Elizabeth C. Estes and brother in law Glenn E. Higginbotham. He is survived by his wife Gail, daughter Cara (Greg), granddaughters Anna and Hope, sister Beverly (Allan) and Charlene (Robert), brothers Fred and Skip (Marcy), sister in law Debra and brother in law Robert. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, many friends and former coworkers. He has requested you consider a donation to Edunations through the Memorial Park Church website. A celebration of his life and internment will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd., Bakerstown, PA, www.schellhaasfh.com.
