Chylles Madalyn Boyd, a beautiful angel sent down from heaven, went home on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
Chylles, lovingly known as “Chy”, was born perfectly, March 30, 2015, in Morgan City, to her parents, Lyndzie Roper and Coby Boyd.
Chylles was a shining soul who loved puzzles, painting, crafts, and sports, truly embracing the world around her. She enjoyed playing basketball and cornhole; Chy had her first season of baseball this year, and though she wasn’t the biggest fan, she gave her team her all. Chylles was Troy Landry and the cast of Swamp People’s biggest fan, watching their T.V. show any chance she got. Chy also was obsessed with the magic of Harry Potter.
At her dad’s house, Chy cherished her time riding four-wheelers, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. She adored spending time with her cousins and friends, filling the air with the sound of music and laughter wherever she went. Chy also loved going to the beach with her family. Her bright and colorful spirit lit up the world around her, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of all who knew her.
Chylles will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Lyndzie Roper and fiancé Derek Granier; father, Coby Boyd and wife Simone; siblings, Khorie, Skye, and Jaxxon; grandparents, Stacie and Robin Thibodeaux, Michelle and Tate Besse, Michael and Susie Granier; aunts and uncles, , Kaleigh Roper and Devin Thibodeaux (Nikki), Stephen Boyd, Logan Gros, and Jake Thibodeaux; numerous cousins and friends.
